Terms & conditions

1. Reservations. A booking is confirmed with payment of 50% of the total as a deposit. The balance is settled at check-in or earlier, depending on your arrival date. 2. Times and stays. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. The minimum stay is 1 night and the maximum is 30 nights. You can modify your reservation from the My reservation section or by contacting us on WhatsApp as far in advance as possible. 3. Cancellations. You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% of the total is charged as a penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable. 4. Shared living. Common areas (grills, kids zone, shared kitchen) belong to everyone: use them respectfully and leave them clean. Grills may only be used in designated areas. Please respect the rest of our guests, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. 5. Pets. Welcome at no charge, supervised by their owner and on a leash in common areas. Please pick up after them. 6. Responsibility. Guests are liable for damage they cause to facilities, furniture or accommodation units. We recommend not leaving valuables unattended in common areas. 7. Minors. Children and teens must be supervised by an adult at all times. 8. Submitted content. By sending us photos or videos of the site you agree that we may share them on our social media for promotional purposes, unless you ask us not to. 9. Updates.
