At Dos Lunas Camping, Glamping and Caravans we handle your personal data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. 1. Data we collect. Name, email, phone and the data needed to confirm your reservation (dates, unit chosen and number of guests). We do not request sensitive data. 2. How we use it. Exclusively to manage your reservation, send confirmations, contact you about your stay and, if you authorize it, share promotions. We never sell or share your data with third parties unrelated to the service. 3. Payments. Payments are recorded manually by our team; we do not store card numbers or banking credentials. 4. Cookies and storage. The site uses the storage required to function (session, language and access to your reservations via code) and, for statistical purposes, Google Analytics 4, which sets analytical cookies to measure the audience in an aggregated, anonymous way. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking for commercial profiling. You can block them in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). 5. Photos. Photos or videos you send us are used only with your consent to promote the destination; you can ask for their removal at any time. 6. Your rights.
